
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction MBSR
The ideal way to seriously engage with mindfulness is through the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. In this 8-week training you will experience what mindfulnes can do for you. The training will equip you to grasp the essence of mindfulness, meditate independently, and integrate it into your daily life.
The effectiveness of the course is scientifically proven. Participants from various studies report the following benefits (which I also recognize through my own mindfulness practice):

Mindfulness training on-site in Utrecht
The mindfulness course in Utrecht consists of 8 evening sessions, each lasting 2-2,5 hours (from 7:30 PM to 9:30/10:00 PM),
and a 1-day silence retreat (from 10 AM to 4 PM). The training is provided by Joris Verhees, a category 1 mindfulness trainer and a member of the VVM.
Wednesday evenings starting from 1 October 2025 (EN):
1, 8, 15, 22 October
5, 12, 26 November
3 December
from 19:00 to 21:00/21:30
and a silent day on 20 December
from 13:00 to 18:30
