After 6 years of delving into meditation, spirituality and self-exploration I've decided this is more than hobby and curiosity. Through the growth and magical moments that I have experienced, I feel compelled to engage more intensively in this path and invest my energy in the spiritual growth of myself and others. I have undertaken training to become a mindfulness trainer and started giving mindfulness training. I am deeply eager to share my knowledge and experience from my courses, attended workshops, and personal meditation practice with you.

Ella Kroesen
Reiki master
Hello there!
I'm Ella, and since December 2022, I have been a certified Reiki Master, meaning I have achieved all three levels of Reiki (1, 2 & 3). But my spiritual journey began earlier.
From a young age, I delved into spiritual development, and over the past 5 years, I have deepened my passion through meditation, retreats, ceremonies, and more. In 2019, I discovered the magic of Reiki, and since then, this healing energy has never let go of me. Following that, I pursued additional training in Hypnosis, Chakra study, and massage.
