Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction MBSR
The ideal way to seriously engage with mindfulness is through the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training. In this 8-week training, you will learn to practice and integrate mindfulness into your own life.

Mindfulness training on-site in Utrecht
The mindfulness training in Utrecht consists of 8 evening sessions, each lasting 2-2,5 hours (from 7:30 PM to 9:30/10:00 PM),
and a 1-day silence retreat (from 10 AM to 5 PM).
In 2024 there will be a Dutch and an English edition on the following dates:

The Dutch edition will takes place on tuesday evenings:

19 okt (1-day silence retraite),

The English edition will takes place on monday evenings:
16 sept, 23 sept, 30 sept,
7 oct, 14 oct, 19 oct (1-day silence retreat),
21 oct, 4 nov, 11 nov
from 19:30 till 21:30/22:00h
