1-day silent retreat
in Utrecht
You are welcome to join us for a day of silence,
A day for yourself,
To take a moment of retreat,
And focus on your mindfulness practice.
Because practicing mindfulness feels even better when you have all the time and space.
No 'must-do's', your phone on silent mode, and arrive in the present moment.
Fully experiencing the moment within a cocoon of silence.
The entire day, including lunch, will be in silence. There will be time before to get acquainted, and afterward, there will be an opportunity to share your experience.
I will guide the meditations on this day in an inviting and spacious way. This is often appreciated by those with meditation experience. For those without experience, there might be a lack of explanation and more intensive guidance. Therefore, some experience with meditation is required to participate in this day. Can you guide yourself in moments of extended silence? Then you have enough experience to participate.

The 1-day silent retreat (or Silent Day) is also part of the MBSR training
